Dyna PTT20 series intercom system is based on the integrated communications platform customized for enterprise users according to international standards. This platform realize one-to-one, one-to-many half-duplex groups’ voice intercom, conference call, text interaction features between Wi-Fi terminals and control centers(computer-based IP console as in the figure below) through Wi-Fi wireless network. Through the bundle between the platform and LBS or other mobile office application, it can achieve the location-based dispatch and information exchange inquiry to get more and more convenient communication service to dramatically increase the management efficiency of enterprises and institutions.
Dyna PTT20 intercom system series are designed with advanced international communications standard VOIP technology, which represent the direction of the development of future main communication technology; the communication protocols are highly scalable and can adapt to the future expansion of additional audio, data, video and other integration applications, while fully compatible with other IP communication systems based on SIP standards. The sip protocol Dyna PTT Server based on is a currently widely used communication protocol standards. According to the experience of the cluster system, command control center is necessary to emergency dispatch in demand of rapid command, accurate arriving, easy group plan, user management, dispatch priority, location-based dispatch and growing information exchange. Traditional cluster plays an irreplaceable role in providing highly efficient, rapid, and convenient dispatch to managers, but the high cost of construction and maintenance, high technical requirements for maintaining, restricted access point, back-ward integrated features and other factors of cluster network make traditional cluster unable to meet the growing integrated information communication needs of enterprises and institutions. The Wi-Fi network based emergency dispatch system is a new cluster solution based on next generation IMS platform.
